The Office of Human Resources is thrilled to announce the launch of a revamped performance review process for staff in Workday, replacing the outdated PDF-based system.

We will observe the holidays and closures listed below for the 2024-25 academic year. Whenever a holiday falls on a Sunday, the succeeding Monday is observed as the holiday. Whenever a holiday falls on a Saturday, the preceding Friday is observed as the holiday.

Belong: An Inclusive Learning Community
The Office of Equity and Inclusion and Human Resources are excited to announce that we have partnered to enroll our campus in Belong: An Inclusive Learning Community. This is a learning network open to all employees offered on behalf of the Council of Independent Colleges that is intended to increase student and collegial belonging on college campuses.

Exempt Staff Invited to Offer Feedback on New L&C Staff Council Proposal
Last summer, six exempt employees formed a working group to research ways of organizing a Lewis & Clark Staff Council. Exempt staff—unlike faculty and union staff—do not currently have an organized body within the institution to support their work, promote collaboration and communication, and to serve as an advisory body to the Executive Council.
