Get Healthy - Stay Healthy - Be a Flu Fighter - Get Your Flu ShotLewis & Clark’s Student Health Center is pleased to offer two vaccine clinics for students, staff, and faculty this fall. Join us for COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations on Friday, October 4, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Council Chamber and again on Thursday, October 24, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Stamm. Both clinics are located within the Fowler Student Center.

→ Attention Kaiser Insurance Holders: Please note that only the influenza vaccine will be available. Kaiser will not process claims for external COVID-19 vaccines.

To participate in the clinics, our outside vendor is requiring that you must:

1. Bring a printed copy of the front and back of your insurance card for billing purposes.

- AND -

2. Complete your consent form. Bring a printed copy of both your completed consent form and your insurance card to your appointment.

Advance sign-ups are recommended for these clinics. Walk-ins are available on a limited basis. If you would like to participate in the clinics, please sign up as soon as possible. It is very important that you bring a copy of your insurance card and completed consent form to your appointment.

If you desire a COVID-19 or influenza vaccination, but the above criteria are barriers for you, please e-mail health@lclark.edu for guidance about other possible ways to receive vaccines
