main content 2025 Annual Open Enrollment for Benefits
It’s that time of year again—our annual Open Enrollment for benefits is just around the corner!

From Monday, February 17, 2025, to Friday, March 7, 2025, you’ll have the opportunity to review and make changes to your benefits for the upcoming year, with all updates taking effect on Tuesday, April 1, 2025.
This will be a Passive Open Enrollment. That means that your current elections will carry over to the new plan year EXCEPT for medical flexible spending accounts and dependent care spending accounts. You must re-enroll for any flexible spending account elections each open enrollment.
This year, there are updates to some of our existing plans. Kaiser plans will see an increase in deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums, but no changes to copays or coinsurance. Willamette Dental has increased office visit and orthodontia costs, while Delta Dental and Kaiser Dental benefits remain similar to last year.
If you’re thinking about making changes, remember that all adjustments must be completed online through Workday. Look out for an email notification and an item in your Workday inbox starting on February 17, 2025, to kick off the enrollment process.
To help you make informed decisions, we’re hosting a Benefits Fair on Monday, February 25, 2025, where you can explore your benefits options in detail. Whether it’s understanding your healthcare plans or learning about dental coverage, our fair is designed to provide you with all the information you need.
Important Reminders:
- Domestic Partner Coverage: Coverage for domestic partners is post-tax, and additional contributions are taxable.
- Waiver Incentive: Employees opting out of medical coverage can receive a $50 monthly stipend.
- Spousal/Domestic Partner Surcharge: Details on surcharges based on eligibility for coverage through another employer.
