We are pleased to welcome A&A Maintenance to the Lewis & Clark community as our new custodial services partner. The company’s breadth of experience and infrastructure will provide us with improved access to supply chains, emerging technologies, and other expertise. A&A is a minority-owned business with a national presence.

Although A&A is a new partner, there will be many familiar faces on campus: A&A has hired all former Skyline custodial employees who applied for positions–approximately 90 percent of the previous staff. As employees of A&A, these staff members will have access to ongoing training and opportunities for advancement within the company. Staff continue to be union-represented.

As the campus prepares for a return of students in the fall semester, we are working closely with A&A to ensure a smooth transition and fine-tuning of COVID cleaning protocols.
