Lewis & Clark is excited to announce the launch of the annual President’s Staff Excellence Awards, dedicated to recognizing and rewarding the exceptional performance and significant contributions of our staff members. L&C employees are invited to submit nominations through May 1, 2025.

Endowment funds to support the President’s Staff Excellence Awards awards to staff members were established during the May 2024 meeting of the Board of Trustees.

“These awards celebrate individuals who have demonstrated outstanding dedication, skill, and effectiveness in fulfilling their job duties,” President Robin Holmes-Sullivan said. “In addition to our heartfelt appreciation, each recipient will receive a monetary bonus, recognizing the meaningful impact they’ve made in our community.”

L&C employees are invited to submit nominations now through May 1, 2025.

Please take a moment to nominate a colleague who has excelled in their role. Your nomination should focus on the nominee’s specific achievements and the positive difference they’ve made.

The nominations will be reviewed by the President in collaboration with the Executive Council and Human Resources.

Twelve employees will be given the distinguished award at Lewis & Clark’s annual staff appreciation picnic on Wednesday, June 11.
