Here’s what you’ll find on the new Benefits and Total Rewards website:

• In-Depth Benefit Details: From medical and dental coverage to retirement savings, fitness programs, and more—you’ll find clear, updated explanations of all the benefits available to you as an L&C employee.
• Simplified Navigation: A new, user-friendly menu (right-hand side) helps you quickly find the information you’re looking for without having to dig through multiple pages. Whether you’re checking on health benefits, time off, or wellness perks, it’s all organized and easy to access.
• How to Make Changes in Workday: Not sure how to update your benefits during a qualifying life event or open enrollment? There’s now a dedicated section with step-by-step instructions for making benefit changes in Workday, complete with timelines and tips to guide you through the process.
• Schedule Time with HR: Have questions or need one-on-one help? You can now schedule a virtual meeting or phone call during dedicated office hours (Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10 a.m.–noon.). If these times don’t work for you, feel free to reach out via email to find a time that does!
• Feedback Welcome: use the new anonymous feedback survey to share your thoughts, suggestions, or ideas for improving our benefits programs.
• Upcoming Events: Be sure to check out the new Upcoming Benefits Events section at the bottom of the Total Rewards landing page. This is where you can stay in the loop on upcoming offerings like:
• Webinars and resources from Canopy EAP
• On-campus TIAA retirement consultations
• And more events to come!

The new website was designed and implemented by Benefits and Leaves Specialist Isi Avidan—HR’s newest employee.
