Help Shape Our Future: Diversity and Equity Campus Climate Survey

The Office of Equity and Inclusion invites the entire L&C community to participate in the HEDS Diversity and Equity Campus Climate Survey that was sent out on November 4. We want to hear from you! Your confidential responses will provide the framework needed to see where we can continue to support and improve in DEIJ work on campus.

Are you having trouble accessing the survey link? Our partners at HEDS have recommended the following steps, which have been helpful for others.

Login to the survey using the general survey link. For some, this is all that is needed. If it is still not letting you access the survey please do the following:

Clear your cache in your browser
Try pasting the survey link in a new browser
If your ID begins with “0”, you may need to delete the “0”

Every few years, we ask our campus community to share their views on L&C’s climate and support for diversity and equity. We also want to understand how often members have experienced discrimination or harassment. Your responses are anonymous. After reviewing the survey results, we’ll hold listening sessions to discuss the findings, and in the spring, we’ll receive data comparing L&C to other schools. We encourage everyone to participate.

A personalized email link was sent to your L&C email on Monday, November 4. QR codes to complete the survey will also be posted on campus the week of November 4th. After completing this ~15 minute survey, we are also excited to have participants be entered into a prize drawing which includes:
