The Employee Benefits Advisory Committee, a collaborative group of staff, faculty, and administrators, advises on Lewis & Clark’s benefits programs to help ensure they remain competitive and responsive to employee needs, with HR and college leadership relying on cross-campus input so that benefit decisions reflect the priorities of the entire community.
