• Transportation Demand Management (TDM) Plan - Replacing the CUMP approval process, Lewis & Clark is now required to submit its TDM plan to the city for approval. The first TDM plan was approved in 2020. Griswold and Huston athletic facilities are treated as a special case, and are still required to operate under the conditional requirements set forth in the last version of Lewis & Clark’s CUMP plan — which directs the type, size, and timing of events scheduled in both facilities.
