Miranda heads up the Educational Technology group that was formed when Information Technology reorganized in 2014. In her prior role, she served as the consultant for the Social Sciences division for over 15 years. Miranda administers Moodle and coordinates the Faculty Technology Institute.

Prior to becoming a Consultant, Miranda has been the Campus Operator, the CPP consultant and the IT Receptionist. She graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in English, and moved to Portland when her husband started classes at the Law School.  She is still a little bit mad at Fox for pulling Firefly before its time.
