Greetings!  My name is Shavette McGhee and I am the Associate Director of Multicultural Affairs here at Lewis & Clark College.  I get to work with students from a diverse range of backgrounds and I love my job because I get to work with students who are very much like myself.  Because both of my parents were in the US Army, I grew up on Army bases and was very fortunate to be able to travel the world from a very early age.  Being a TCK is something I am very proud of!  I was raised primarily in Killeen, Texas and Darmstadt and Frankfurt, Germany.  I even went to Frankfurt American High School where I was the mascot for our sports team (which basically means I dressed up as a giant eagle for sporting events J).  At Lewis & Clark you will find plenty of TCKs and we look forward to meeting you!
