College Outdoors is excited to announce ADDITIONAL SCHOLARSHIP AVAILABILITY for trips!!!
If you qualify for any amount of federal financial aid, you can go on any upcoming trip for half price! This includes Spring Break trips!
Here is how you can check to see if you qualify for a scholarship:
- Login to WebAdvisor, select “student” on the main menu
- Open “Financial Aid Self Service” under the Financial Aid bar
- Select the menu dropdown > Financial Aid > My Awards
- You qualify if your Awards include Work Study, Subsidized Loans, or Pell Grants. Merit-Based scholarships and unsubsidized loans do not qualify.
Space trips is first-paid, first served. Sign up in person at the College Outdoors office in Fowler 239, or by calling 503-768-7116. We are open 9-5 weekdays.
If you already signed up for a future trip (any trip after March 3rd) at full price, but you qualify for the scholarship, you can stop by for a partial refund! The extra scholarship is not available for trips that have already happened. If you are an international student, you qualify if you have need-based scholarships. You can check with the ISS office if you are unsure.
