Open House is a community skill-sharing program that takes advantage of the awesome talent and knowledge that exists on campus. These sessions are FREE and open to all Lewis & Clark students, staff, and faculty.

Join us on Wednesday evenings 6:00-7:00 PM in the Sequoia Gear Warehouse to discuss, learn, and practice skills that range from lighting a camp stove and using a compass to risk management and effective communication.

All of the sessions incorporate engaging and hands-on teaching methods in order to provide an entertaining and educational learning environment!

Whether you are new to College Outdoors and looking to get more involved, or you are a trip leading veteran, you are welcome and encouraged to attend these sessions in order to broaden our staff’s skill-base and build a sense of community within College Outdoors.
