main content One L&C Cooks up Another Year of Sweet Events

The One L&C Steering Committee held their annual mini-retreat on January 8 with thirteen steering committee members in attendance. The retreat focused on evaluating the success of last year’s employee engagement initiatives and planning events for the 2025-26 school year.

The One L&C steering committee is made up of staff from across all three campuses and bargaining units. L&C employees interested in joining the steering committee should contact Director of Facilities and One L&C Chair Reggie Raiford (raiford@lclark.edu).

“We started hosting Community Coffee Chats last year and they were well attended on all three campuses, so we will plan to continue those,” Reggie said. “We hope all employees will check out our calendar—and find at least one event that compels them to step away from their work/desk—to connect with their colleagues.”
