The bridge recently won national and local awards from the Illuminating Engineering Society, which is dedicated to good lighting practices. The ravine bridge, which was opened in spring 2019, spans the ravine that cuts through the undergraduate campus, connecting the Cobblestone Circle to Platt-Howard Hall.
