Ellucian Documentation (Colleague and Self Service)
Access to Ellucian’s documentation requires that you log in to the “Ellucian Customer Center”. Any Lewis & Clark employee can request a login from Ellucian. Go to https://www.ellucian.com/customer-center to log in to the Customer Center with your existing login information or to request an account.
Ellucian provides many resources on their website, including documentation, change requests (aka bug reports), ideas (suggestions from clients for improvement to their products), online demos of their software products, and “Community”, an online forum of your peers at other Ellucian client institutions.
Information Technology is located in Watzek Library on the Undergraduate Campus.
