Property Listings
The College Housing Program has three properties available for sale in fall 2019. This program is designed to help faculty and/or staff to purchase homes in close proximity to campus. The college retains the title to the land and faculty/staff purchase the improvements with a 12-year lease on the land. The purchaser assumes property assessment taxes for both the improvements and land upon purchase. Please visit our website for more details on the program and eligibility requirements.
