Current Lewis & Clark students who have not met with our office should submit an initial intake form to request accommodations. This form only needs to be completed before your first meeting with our office. If you are not a current student, please email us at access@lclark.edu, and someone will contact you.
The Office of Student Accessibility uses a web-based software system called Accommodate to serve registered students with accommodations. Access to this system is available to all students who are registered with our office as well as to all faculty members on campus. With Accommodate, you can:
