William A and Effie S Brushoff International Scholarship

The William A. and Effie S. Brushoff International Student Scholarship was established in 1957 by Mr. and Mrs. Brushoff to develop better understanding and friendly relations between citizens of other countries and the United States.  This scholarship is awarded to international students.
