LCCSSA Bargaining Unit
Lewis & Clark recognizes LCCSSA as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for all employees in the bargaining unit described as follows:
Includes all nonprofessional, nonexempt support staff in the College of Arts and Sciences, the Graduate School of Education and Counseling, and the Law School, including clerical, secretarial, print shop, administration offices, campus safety, and laboratory technician employees.
Excludes grounds/maintenance employees, housekeeping employees, faculty, exempt employees, professional employees, student employees, casual or temporary employees, part-time employees who are regularly scheduled to work less than twenty (20) hours per week, confidential employees, and supervisors as defined in the Labor Management Relations Act, 1947.
