Performance Reviews are completed within Workday.
Performance Review Schedule:
- LCCSSA and Teamster (Support Staff): Due annually by February 15.
- Exempt and OEE (Exempt Staff): Due annually by July 31.
Tips and Tricks: For detailed guidance on navigating the process effectively, refer to the Lewis & Clark Performance Process Tip Sheet.
Rating Scale and Categories: Detailed categories such as performance, Lewis & Clark values, and interpersonal skills are outlined in Workday and the Performance Review Rating Scale overview.
Performance reviews are crucial for several reasons:
- Feedback and Improvement: They provide a structured opportunity for supervisors and employees to discuss strengths, areas for improvement, and career development goals.
- Alignment with Goals: Reviews align individual achievements with organizational objectives, ensuring everyone is working towards shared goals.
- Recognition and Motivation: Recognizing achievements boosts morale and motivates employees to continue excelling in their roles.
- Professional Development: They help identify training needs and opportunities for skill enhancement, fostering continuous learning.
