Welcome to Open Enrollment 2024!
It is that time of year for our annual Open Enrollment for benefits. This year, there are updates that require your attention – everyone will need to actively choose their enrollment in Workday.
Open Enrollment will begin on Friday, February 23 and will run until Monday, March 4.
Please carefully make your new elections after reviewing the Benefits Guide. We have updated our medical plans with the aim of providing better support for your healthcare needs. The Employee Benefits Committee and our benefit brokers The Partner Group worked together to strike a balance between coverage and affordability, keeping in mind the importance of managing healthcare costs, while also continuing to provide high-quality plan options. Our dental coverage, life insurance, and spending accounts plans remain the same, with a slight increase in the cost for Delta Dental and a slight increase in Flexible Spending limits.
All benefit changes during Open Enrollment will be done online in Workday. You will receive an email notification and an item in your Workday in-box to start the process on Friday, February 23, 2024. Open Enrollment closes on Monday, March 4, 2024. Make sure to submit your elections before 4 PM. All changes will be effective on April 1, 2024, and applicable updated contributions will be deducted from your March 2024 paycheck.

What’s New in 2024?
- The new Kaiser HMO option combines our two current HMO Plans into one option that has plan design and employee contributions that fall between the current value and traditional.
- The new Kaiser HMO Plus is an additional buy up option that includes 10 visits per year outside of the Kaiser network.
- Our Kaiser Added Choice PPO plan has a modest increase in rates, deductible, and out of pocket maximums.
- The Kaiser HDHP (high deductible health plan) deductible slightly increased to meet the new IRS minimum and the college contribution to the HSA has also increased.
