• Paid for by college
• 1.5 time salary
• Benefit decreases at age 70

 

Optional AD&D

• Elect $10,000 increments, max $300,000 ($2,000 increments up to $10,000 for children)
• Coverage for employee, spouse or dependent children 
• Apply for coverage at anytime
