Spring Break Update - Clinic Closed
The Health Center will be closed for Spring Break starting Friday, March 21st at 4 p.m. and will reopen on Monday, March 31st at 8 a.m.
As always, if you are experiencing a health emergency and you are on campus, call 9-1-1 and notify Campus Safety at 503-768-7777.
If you are in need of urgent medical care during a known clinic closure, please seek evaluation off campus. Here is a list of local urgent cares and hospitals. For medical advice, you can call the Fonemed nurse advice line (1-877-617-9531).
Office Hours:
Monday - Friday*
8:00 a.m. - noon, 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Appointments can be scheduled by calling 503-768-7165, stopping by the clinic, or logging into the secure Health Information Portal. All office visits are by appointment only.
The SHC is located in Fowler Student Center. Our clinic has a separate entrance on the lower level, north side of the building, beneath the Trail Room.
*We are closed for a weekly staff meeting each Friday morning 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.

AFTER HOURS RESOURCES
Urgent medical advice
The Fonemed nurse advice line (1-877-617-9531) is a service available to all students. Calls are taken after-hours from 4 p.m. to 8 a.m. on weekdays, and 24 hours a day on weekends, breaks, and holidays.
Please note: This service is only available when the Health Center is closed.
Medical Care
If you require medical care after hours, or during business hours and no same-day appointments are available, please seek care off campus. Here is a list of local urgent cares and hospitals. Alternatively, Dispatch Health is a concierge service available at dispatchhealth.com or by calling 503-714-8987. Be sure to check with your insurance company to ensure coverage for services outside the Student Health Center.
Psychological Crises
Crisis Counseling Services are available by calling 503-265-7804. Calls are taken from 4 p.m. to 8 a.m. weekdays and 24 hours a day on weekends and holidays.
HEALTH INFORMATION PORTAL
Registering for our secure portal will allow you to input your historical immunization information, schedule and cancel medical appointments, send and receive secure messages, and obtain copies of your receipts/statements to send to your insurance company for reimbursement
