We want our campus to be the best it can be, and we need your help to make that happen! If you notice anything broken or unsightly around campus, please let us know by submitting a service request.
Simply include the building and room number, along with a clear description of the issue, and we’ll take care of the rest.

- Weekdays (7 a.m. - 4 p.m.): Call Facilities Services at 503-768-7845
- After hours (5 p.m. - 7 a.m.): Call Campus Safety at 503-768-7777
After reporting the emergency, please also submit a service request so we can follow up promptly.
For Residential Students: Issues related to your room or any residential area, including laundry machines, should be submitted through this Campus Living form.
For IT Work Orders: For issues such as swipe cards, office phones, and internet problems, please email us directly at itservice@lclark.edu.
