Meeting Facilities and Campus Services
Meeting Facilities
Ranked as one of the most beautiful campus in the U.S. by Princeton Review, our facilities and grounds offer:
- Award-winning green buildings
- Meeting rooms equipped with audio-visual technology, Internet access, and pleasing views
- Easy access to nature’s beauty and nearby walking trails
Stephanie Fowler Student Center
At the heart of Undergraduate Campus is the Stephanie Fowler Student Center (formerly Templeton Campus Center), a large, versatile facility that features one ballroom, a 200 seat auditorium/movie theater, six meeting rooms, two dining rooms, an outdoor gathering area with fire pit, and the Lewis & Clark Bookstore.
Renovated in 2022, Fowler offers something for everyone and often serves as headquarters for large conferences.
Diane Gregg Pavilion
Completed in 2011 and attached to the Agnes Flanagan Chapel, the Pavilion’s open design provides a flexible venue and a lovely setting for parties, receptions, workshops, lectures, and performances. The maple sprung floor is ideal for dance performances.
Evans Music Center
Located on the north side of campus, this facility features Evans Auditorium (seating for 400), a performance venue with a large stage, tiered seating and ADA seating, adjustable lighting, and easy access to ample parking.
Griswold Stadium
Lewis & Clark’s home for Pio Athletics, the Griswold Stadium contains the eight-lane, all-weather, 400-meter Eldon Fix Track; the artificial turf Fred Wilson Field; and a partially covered grandstand that can seat 3,600.
Pamplin Sports Center
The Pamplin Sports Center (PSC) houses a number of facilities available for rental and use by summer groups. Check with your Conferences and Events staff representative on your group’s eligibility to purchase guest passes to use the sports center recreation facilities and for details regarding facility rental. Rentable spaces include the aquatic center (indoor), gymnasium, and multipurpose rooms. Located next to the PSC is are indoor tennis courts and a golf putting green.
Accessibility
Since Lewis & Clark is on a historic estate built into a hillside, accessibility can be a challenge. We recognize this and are continuing to improve the accessibility of our facilities and grounds over time. If you or your guests will have particular needs due to mobility impairments or physical disabilities, please let us know when scheduling your event so we can make recommendations for the venues that will best fit your needs.
Smoking
Smoking, vaping, and the use of cannabis/tobacco products is prohibited on Lewis & Clark property.
