Agnes Flanagan Chapel

Built in 1968 and updated in 2010, the Agnes Flanagan Chapel features a magnificent Casavant organ, seating for 500 people, and stained glass windows. The chapel renovations include a new, elevated stage, a sophisticated sound and lighting system, and ADA accessible restrooms.

Room area 5,250 sq. ft. Agnes Flanagan Chapel has fixed seating for 402 and 829 sq. ft. of performance space.

Classrooms and Meeting Rooms

For smaller meetings, we have many media-equipped rooms to fit your specific needs. Each meeting facility is equipped with wireless Internet and comfortable accommodations.

Classrooms in Albany Quadrangle can accommodate between 20 to 40 people, with a variety of seating arrangements. The three meeting rooms in Albany Quadrangle equipped with wireless internet and audiovisual technology. This classroom in JR Howard Hall is an example of one of our smaller venues.The meeting rooms in Templeton Campus Center range in size and capacity.

Council Chamber

Located in Stephanie Fowler Student Center, Council Chamber has tiered seating for up to 208 and built-in projection capabilities.

Room area 3,650 sq. ft. With seating for more than 200, Council Chamber also includes a 1,200-square-foot performance area.

Diane Gregg Pavilion

Completed in 2011 and attached to the Agnes Flanagan Chapel, the Diane Gregg Pavilion’s open design provides a flexible venue and a lovely setting for parties, receptions, workshops, lectures, and performances. The maple sprung floor is ideal for dancing.

Room area (sq. ft.) 1,600. Diane Gregg Pavilion can be arranged as follows: banquet, theater, reception, or hollow square. Completed in 2011, Diane Gregg Pavilion includes full audiovisual technology. A kitchenette enables food preparation for events.

Evans Music Center Auditorium

Remodeled in 2012, Evans Music Center Auditorium, with capacity of 400, has a large stage, tiered seating and ADA seating, adjustable lighting, and excellent acoustics.

Room area 3,000 sq. ft. Evans Auditorium has fixed seating for 378 and a performance area with 1,780 sq. ft.

Fir Acres Theatre Black Box

Available during the summer, the Black Box is a flexible performance area. 

The Black Box is 2,280 square feet.

Fir Acres Theatre Main Stage

Available during the summer months, the main stage theatre has fixed seats for more than 200.

The main stage theatre has fixed seating for 229, plus two wheelchair-accessible seats.The performance area of the main stage is 1,425 square feet.

Griswold Stadium

The stadium can accommodate more than 3,000 people.

Miller 105

Located in Miller Center for Humanities, this lecture hall has a capacity of 90 and includes a presentation stage and built-in projection capabilities.

Smith Hall

Part of the historic estate and renovated in 2003, Smith Hall is located in Albany Quadrangle. With a cobblestone walkway leading up to the entrance french doors, windows looking out towards the original estate orchard trees, hardwood flooring, chandelier lighting, support for audiovisual technology, and ADA accessible restrooms, this special venue provides a lovely setting for receptions and sit-down meals for up to 100 guests. 

Room area (sq. ft.) 1,900. Smith Hall can be arranged as follows: banquet, theater, reception, class, u-shape, or hollow square.

Stamm Dining Room

Located in Stephanie Fowler Student Center and within short walking distance from the Agnes Flanagan Chapel, Stamm Dining Room plenty of space for a wedding reception, sit-down meal, and dancing fun. The rectangular room features windows looking out towards the trees, carpeted flooring, support for audiovisual technology, and ADA accessible restrooms located nearby.
