John Thoma

John Thoma was born in Portland, Maine, and grew up in the nearby town of Yarmouth. John graduated in 2021 with a degree in economics. During school, John was a part of LC’s football team and worked various work-study jobs around campus. John is incredibly grateful for the opportunities he had during school and feels that the strong community at Lewis and Clark, and the friends he made throughout his time, allowed him to become the person he is today. After graduation, John began working at Precision Castparts Corp. working as a financial analyst. During his free time, John supports New England sports teams, enjoys exploring Oregon, and works towards his goal of visiting all National Parks in the US.
