During my experience at UWC, I enjoyed the most spending time with people from all over the world, learning about their cultures, and getting to know who they are and what they want out of life.
I considered Lewis & Clark because of its beautiful campus, its size, and its culture, which matches my personality and aims. I also really like the campus location close to the city of Portland.
I’m planning to major in Computer Science due to the flexible nature of the career; I’m a person who is constantly looking for new challenges and learning possibilities; a major in Computer Science will be the key tool for me to try as many experiences as possible without high negatives.
Apart from Computer Science, I’m also interested in the lens of Psychology, Philosophy, and Biology to understand humans and their experiences. I may partake into a Neuroscience or Philosophy minor.
Outside the classroom, I enjoy reenergizing myself with physical activity like working out, playing football, or bouldering. When I’m physically and mentally tired at night, I wind down reading some books before sleep.
I hope to grow as a person in Lewis & Clark, preparing myself with the correct tools to confront future challenges after college; I’ll also like to say that I made friends that will last me for a lifetime.
