Bill Curtis

I’m Bill Curtis, the Associate Vice President of Student Life Operations and Strategic Initiatives at Lewis & Clark College, overseeing Campus Safety, Transportation and Parking, and Emergency Management. With a focus on emergency management and operations, I provide strong leadership to my team, fostering success through collaboration and prioritizing student safety.

Previously, I served as the Director of Emergency Management at the University of Wisconsin-Madison Police Department. I hold a Master of Science in Threat and Response Management from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. Originally from Wisconsin, I love exploring the Pacific Northwest through hiking, running, and biking.
