Sydney Padgett JD ’23 has joined the Portland office of Schwabe as a full-time associate. Padgett brings valuable experience in researching and assisting in the drafting of legal memorandums, articles of incorporation and bylaws, contractual provisions, and agency filings. Previously, she worked at the firm as a summer associate, leveraging her background in journalism to contribute to commercial litigation.
