Tiffany Burress

1) Tell us a little bit about your background and what brought you to Lewis & Clark College?

My professional journey has predominantly revolved around the financial sector, having served as a Private Banker at Wells Fargo and later obtaining licenses as a Tax Preparer, Investment Broker, and Insurance Agent. Intrigued by the realm of Higher Ed, I decided to transition my career, driven by a genuine passion for assisting students in making a positive impact. I thrive in collaborating with my HR colleagues and other departments to contribute to betterment of the lives of both staff and faculty at Lewis & Clark College.

2) What are your HR Specialties that people can reach out to you for?

My role primarily centers around recruiting, onboarding, new hire orientation, supervisor training, and various other HR-related responsibilities. Count on me to deliver exceptional customer service.

3) What kinds of hobbies and interests do you have outside of work?

During my leisure time, I find joy in playing pickleball and golf, rafting & kayaking during the summer, and snowboarding during the winter. Additionally, I enjoy watching my two teenagers play volleyball.
