Alison Roth

Alison Roth JD ’19 has joined the leading business team of Miller Nash’s Portland office. Roth assists businesses with drafting and negotiating a variety of complex commercial agreements, including supply and distribution agreements, intellectual property licenses, purchase agreements, and stock option and profits interest plans and awards. Before joining Miller Nash, Roth practiced at a boutique Portland-area law firm specializing in business and corporate law. She also has experience protecting and managing client trademark portfolios and advises on trademark marketing and use.
