Elyse Giordano Gilbert BS ’69, MAT ’73, writes: “After an exciting, rewarding 30-year high school language arts and journalism career, and 2000 retirement, I have been traveling the world with my husband, daughter, or girlfriends. So far, I’ve crawled up inside the great pyramid of Giza, walked the Great Wall of China, been to most every country in Europe, South America, Australia, the Galápagos Islands, and Rapa Nui/Easter Island.
