Brad Krupicka has a broad background in civil litigation. Prior to joining Lindsay Hart he clerked for the Hon. Henry Kantor in the Multnomah County Circuit Court working on the general civil and criminal docket, as well as, the complex litigation docket. Brad has experience in construction defect, personal injury, civil rights litigation, employment law, professional negligence, environmental litigation and indemnity claims. While in law school, Brad worked at the Multnomah County Attorney’s Office as a law clerk and civil litigation extern, representing Multnomah County in various tort defense lawsuits. He also worked as a research assistant for Professor Henry Drummonds at Lewis & Clark Law School.
As a native Oregonian Brad enjoys the outdoors and Pacific Northwest microbrews. Brad lives in Northwest Portland.
