About the Institute

FTI brings together the entire Lewis & Clark Community to share ideas, experiment with new tools, and develop strategies for effectively incorporating educational technology in teaching, learning, and research. Sessions will explore topics such as instructional design, digital pedagogy, accessibility, and emerging technologies.

2025 Deep Dive: GenAI in Teaching and Learning

This year’s Deep Dive Projects will focus on projects that apply generative AI tools. We are accepting proposals from FTI participants who are interested in developing AI-enhanced resources such as prompt libraries, instructional guides, chatbots, or other tools designed to support specific courses or projects during the 2025–26 academic year.
