On January 9, 2025, a federal district court issued a decision vacating the 2024 Title IX Final Rule which updated policies and procedures the College was required to follow.
Consistent with the court’s order and Department of Education guidance, Lewis & Clark updated its policies and procedures to reflect these changes.
The updated policy applies to all members of the campus community.
