HR Needs Your Feedback: Benefit Survey – Deadline Extended to Tuesday, May 7
If you are a benefit-eligible employee and you haven’t already taken the employee Benefit Survey, the Office of Human Resources seeks your input.
“We’re striving to gather as much feedback as possible to ensure our benefits align with everyone’s needs and preferences,” Chief Human Resource Office Helen Howell said. “We have 210 responses so far out of a possible 650 employees eligible for benefits. As we continually strive to improve and adapt, your input is indispensable.”
The survey takes about 20 minutes to complete and will safeguard your progress. As in, if you are unable to complete the survey in one sitting, you can return to the place you left off if you are using the same computer and browser.
All responses will remain confidential and will only be used in the aggregate for the purpose of analysis and decision-making regarding Lewis & Clark’s benefits offerings.
Are you a benefit-eligible employee? Take the survey now.
“Your participation is voluntary but highly encouraged,” Howell said. “At Lewis & Clark, we recognize the significance of employee benefits beyond compensation. Your benefits play a pivotal role in fostering a supportive work environment and enhancing employee well-being. Your voice matters, and this is your opportunity to directly influence the future of your workplace benefits.”
The survey will close at the end of the day on May 7.
