Reminder: End of 2023-24 Fiscal Year is May 31

The current 2023- 24 budget year will end on May 31, 2024.
Non-cash departmental deposits that require receipt in the current budget year must be delivered to Student and Departmental Account Services no later than 2:00 p.m. on Friday, May 31. Non-cash transactions may be dropped in our drop box outside of our service window during hours we are closed. Please ensure all transactions are submitted with a departmental deposit slip. Non-cash transactions dropped in our box after business hours on May 31 may not be processed in the 2023-24 fiscal year.
If your deposit consists of cash, all cash transactions must be hand delivered, double verified, and initialed by both you and a Student Accounts Representative. Come to our service window by 1pm Friday, May 31 to ensure processing of cash transactions within the 2023-24 fiscal year.
If you are submitting a deposit before June 1, 2024 that is intended for the 2024-25 fiscal year, please attach a note indicating as such when you drop off the deposit.
