Following a national search, the Gladstone School District on Friday named Jeremiah Patterson as assistant superintendent.

Following a national search, the Gladstone School District on Friday named Jeremiah Patterson as assistant superintendent.

Since 2012, Patterson served as principal of Middleton Elementary School in Sherwood. Patterson served as assistant principal of John Wetten Elementary from 2006 to 2008, when he took part in the planning of the Gladstone Center for Children and Families.

“What excites me about this [assistant superintendent] role is the potential to act as a bridge between a passionate district office and the critical frontline work of teachers and administrators,” Patterson said.
