2013 Commencement Speaker, Retired Lieutenant-General Roméo Dallaire, Visits with AES Student

Canadian Senator and Retired Lieutenant-General Roméo Dallaire first spoke at           Lewis & Clark on November 18, 2004. On that day, he became the first contributor to the Lewis & Clark AES scholarship that now bears his name.  He returned to campus in 2013 as the College of Arts & Sciences commencement speaker and visited with Dallaire Scholarship recipient, Emmanuel Habimana as well as many supporters of the scholarship.

On that day, he became the first contributor to the AES scholarship that now bears his name.  General Dallaire returned to campus in 2013 as the College of Arts & Sciences commencement speaker and visited with Dallaire Scholarship recipient Emmanuel Habimana, as well as with many scholarship supporters.
