Intercultural Capacity Development
What is intercultural capacity? Intercultural capacity (or competency) is the ability to develop empathy, self-awareness, knowledge, and skills to understand, engage, and collaborate with others whose world perspectives may differ from your own. Developing intercultural competency strengthens the ability to engage productively with difference, both locally and globally.
The goal is the journey as much as the destination.
