Professional Background

Lane Borg, currently a partner with the firm Greenlick and Borg, served as Judge Pro Tem with Multnomah County Circuit and District Courts from 1993 – 2000. As a member of the Oregon Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, he served as a Board Member, the Chair of the Education Committee, and was the Co. Editor of the DUII Trial Notebook. He is a member of the Oregon State Bar and has served on the Uniform Criminal Jury Instructions Committee, the Ethics Committee, the Bar Disciplinary Board, the Unlawful Practice of Law Committee, the House of Delegates and was the Co-Author of the Criminal Law CLE 1998 Supplemental Chapter 13. In addition, Mr. Borg was a presenter for many years at the Professional Liability Fund. He began teaching at Lewis & Clark Law School in 1990 in the areas of Professional Responsibility and Trial Advocacy/Mock Trial.
