Summer Starts Now
While the academic year may be winding down, many of our students are gearing up for a busy summer. Some will stick around campus and work directly alongside faculty mentors doing paid science research; others will be paired with Portland-area organizations for a sustainability-focused internship. And while the Class of 2024 may be leaving us as students, they are joining our flourishing alumni family and getting ready for whatever comes next. In fact, 96 percent of the Classes of 2018-2022 were employed, continuing their education, or doing service work, like the Peace Corps, within six months of graduating.
